Reflecting on our journey in 2020 to oppose racism, hatred, and injustice in all its forms, we look back at a few of the many actions Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins took to create places of hope and unity for our team members, franchisees, guests, and communities.

Like many things in 2020, our hard-working and fun-loving culture at Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins was challenged. To adapt to this new way of working and living while continuing to be places of comfort and joy for our guests and communities, we rallied around our Makin' It Work Together attitude to fuel our brands and keep millions of people running when they needed us most.

Amid all of the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, Dunkin’ Brands’ leadership made a commitment early on in the pandemic to put people over profits and worked tirelessly with franchisees to keep restaurants safe and open, and employees working. As a result, the Dunkin Brands International (DBI) Gigs program was born.

On Women’s Equality Day, our employees take a moment to share why women’s equality matters to them.
