Stephen Horn, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel
In his role as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Steve oversees litigation, provides legal counsel and focuses on loss prevention.
Prior to joining Dunkin' Brands in 1998, Steve provided outside legal counsel to the organization for ten years in his work with Schmeltzer, Aptaker and Shepard in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he was a prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice.
Before assuming his current position, Steve served as senior vice president and general counsel for Dunkin' Brands.
Steve received a juris doctor degree, cum laude, at the Seton Hall College of Law and a bachelor's degree in engineering at Rutgers University. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the bars in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
Steve is also a published author. His first novel, In Her Defense, was published in 1999, followed by a second novel, Law of Gravity, in 2002.
Steve says his favorite Dunkin' Brands products are Baskin-Robbins Maui Brownie Madness ice cream and Dunkin' Donuts coffee.
